I have some question of fitness?

!. Im a member of the YMCA and im going into the sauna and steam room. My path is now 10 minutes in the steam room and 15 in the sauna and after everyone of those session i go in cold water for 5 minutes to refresh my body and I do during about an hour or an hour and a half in a day so my first question is it ok to change your body temperature which seriously so little time. I am hurt my body getting very hot, then get really cold again and again in 2 hours. Sauna and steam room before my sessions I play basketball. Sometimes theres a game happening so that I can get a good workout, but many days there are no players playing a game so I'm wondering is it at least a year down to just throw the ball and run to get it and keep shooting and not really exercise? and 3. I hear you should lose weight as before lifting weights if you want to be a lean muscle and not much muscle is this true and that I should lose weight before swimmin

No way of swimming much. Never heard of the phrase swimmers body? Its great for strength training and cardio.
