I ask this qun. all fitness pros and bodybuilders. I work on a long-time now.?
I wanted to ask if a "full body massage Body is good (for the body)? I've never had one. I am from India and we have no therapists here so that we located in the U.S., but I'm not a competitive bodybuilder. So do I need? I am almost 40 and still a lot of training on a regular basis. I also do yoga.
