Turbo Jam vs. Zumba Fitness, which is the best?
I think to buy a training video, I have reduced to two choices, but I can not decide which to try. Do you have any tips for me or are you familiar with these workouts? They are Turbo Jam and Zumba Fitness.
I think it's more a matter of personal taste that you can get in shape / lose weight with both. Zumba has done much fitness centers with approved instructors for the sessions of class if it is never of interest to you.
