Zumba Exercise Dvd Dance
Dancing to lose weight?
So I know experts say that If you do a certain exercise over and over again your body will get used to it and you’ll peak. What if the way you exercise is still the same (dancing) but it’s not the same DVD workout like you go from Zumba to Carmen Electra to Bellydancing and so on. Do you think that would work?
Keep in mind that one would still diet and and do extra cardio/weight training.

Thats fine, rotate your exercises to keep it fun, (exercises being dances) aswell as stop your body from catching on. You dont need to change them alot just once a month or so.
