it sounds like a healthy dinner for my exercise and other food today?
So for dinner we soup vegetables with beans in it. I have a bit of this and some shrimp and probably a small piece of whole wheat ciabatta. i had for lunch yogurt with fruit, I had lunch 1 / 2 a wrap "low carb" with 1 slice of turkey and carrots and hummus, then for a snack i had an apple with 1 / 2 tsp to soup bp. i am going to have a dessert pudding 60 calories with fat free whipped cream. is a good dinner to talk with other foods I eat? is it safe? and i have to exercise 20 minutes of cardio / strength intervals of 45 minutes of a workout Yoga Plus Fitness DVD. is this good? I am losing weight and is it healthy enough? I am Gettting enough exercise?
Sounds good to me, the important thing is of excercise you do that and also for its all good on your side.
