Sorry, I do not want to post this on food and discount shape. im a diet and my mother said that her doctor told her ages ago that if your period you add weight. not fat but Because of all the stored blood. Is this true? and if so how? the doctor told my mother 3 pounds? thank you for any help:) and sorry if this question is rude in any way. xxx the doctor did not say he had blood. He did not say why. you add the weight of water when you're on, on, and sometimes after (depending on your body) of your period. 3 pounds is about right, which is not much. This de 5 to 10 pounds if your in America. woman's body varies naturally because of hormones is ready to have a baby every month and then not become pregnant.
