Buy a Wii Fit Plus losing weight for summer?
Ok, so I want to get fit and lose weight as quickly as possible. I bought the Nintendo Wii back in November and really enjoyed the Wii Sports that accompany it, including the formation and function of fitness test. I heard of people using the Wii to be more active and exercise, and many have lost much weight. Is $ 100 more for Wii Fit Balance Board and is investment or should I consider other options? The idea of development and fun at the same time appeal to me and I can do right at Home so I want to give it a try, but I want to know that I'm going to see some results. I'm on a diet " plan earlier in the spring of this year I lost 15 pounds and have stayed at this weight, I'm willing to try something that you will more weight loss. I still have to change eating habits and this kind of thing, but the exercise or activity that I need to turn a notch.
