What do I need for my fist / heavy bag?
I just got a heavy bag for cardio / fitness toning … and stress relief. I do not want to start to hit him without good protection … directions … What is the best? Gloves, what size? My fiance will also use them as well … Do I hand wraps for gloves, or is it important? What type is best? Wrist wrap, lace, slip on? Does my weight matter? So many questions!

Regarding the gloves that you probabaly can use a wide range standard boxing gloves to gloves specially designed for the use of heavy bags or what I used to use for cardio myself that would be weighted gloves sandbag (up £ 5 in each glove IIRC). Whatever you have gloves when I came Velcro or slip on style for the ease of obtaining on & off.
