water fitness shoes

Map endurance?
Background: I am a woman, 18 years old, 5'7 ", 160 lbs, never more than 2 miles at a time. OK – here's what I want to do: be able to perform at least 5 miles, nonstop. It need not be in a certain amount time or anything, I just want to build fitness, endurance, wind, and hopefully lose a few pounds as I am.
So, I hoped an experienced rider could give me some tips on how to gradually build up my endurance. I'll go to the gym and use the treadmill, twice a week (Monday and Wednesday) and some other course, I will be outside on the sidewalk. I do not have time to do more than about 30-60 min per day, 3-4 days a week, is that enough to do much good? I have researched running shoes and made myself a pair, so I put there. I am music and I know I need to drink plenty of water. So besides that stuff, can anyone give me more tips / training plans / Advice / etc. Thank you? "
Come here: you are fit enough to run 2 miles at a time, you have a pair of shoes, you have music to pass the time, you know how to hydrate .. Reply to your question is fairly easy because it sounds as if you were already very well prepared to ramble, and I do not doubt it can reach your goal of 5 miles. Most (if not all) programs long distance learning are similar in that you just gradually increase your mileage. For example, if you can run 2 miles a week, continue to do exactly that for a couple of days per week at an easy pace. Then the following week, you do the same except that the first day you run a little more, perhaps 2.5 miles. The following week, you always the same, except that the first day you run a little more, maybe 3 miles, and so on. The key to being able to achieve these Miles is going at a pace slow and comfortable. Whatever your Pace 2 mile is to go about 80-90% slower for your long runs. Basically, you should be able to sing along to your favorite tunes or hold a conversation with someone that you run. So, you know the burning sensation you feel in your lungs? Believe me, it'll pass. Other than that, it is almost ready. Happy Runnings, and good luck to $ 5 miles ~!
