High school in 47 days and i need help BADLY…EASY 10 POINTS?

Okay since school ended I’ve put on a little bit of weight NOT a lot I went up one jean size but not really because of my stomach its more with the top of my legs and I was just wondering what are some good exerciser’s I could do to slim my waist and top legs. Im only 15 so I cant really get acid berry or anything like that. I walk everyday plus I play soccer 4 times a week but it hasn’t done a thing for me so I was wondering what are some other things i can do? Thanks for all your answers :)

p.s I’d also like to loose a little weight in my arms just not as much as my stomach and upper legs. thanks once again

just do lots of cardio, lots of strength training, try yoga or pilates. eat healthy

you do not need diet pills or crazy fad diets. all you need to do is eat healthy and smaller portions, lots of water and exercise!

i went from 255lbs down to 123lbs without diet pills, diet programs or starving myself

we, all of us, eat way more than we need to. so learn proper portion sizes, get out and exercise and you’ll notice how much better you’ll feel and that you won’t have extra weight and be healthy

by the way, aim to be healthy not a smaller size
