Need help with planning time?

Ok, here's the thing, it's probably stupid, but I need help maintenance time. You see, last year / year and a half, I gained a few pounds and you want to lose it through walking and training. My uncle has a treadmill and my community college has a fitness center very free to students. During the summer and winter holidays I did a good job with keeping my weight b / c I did not have to worry much classwork done, but in 2010 Spring Semester started, I stopped to get a drawing class work done. My ultimate question is not about losing weight, but my time planning the two colleges, driving, and some leisure time between the two. Ideas?

Get Home to 5oclock, lie 10: 30? get a snack (healthy, so iv found a good salad dressing REALLY … and ill just take a bowl of salad, dressing on the chuck and Eat the whole (Yum!) It also makes it more healthy if you chuck tuna on top too) .. study until 7 .. by taking two 20 minutes breaks … 7 shows about a half hour of television, call a friend, or go for a walk … Read a book (perhaps your text book: D) for a bit … then 9:30 start studying, doing homework before going to bed … ^ For week Saturday: Study of 4 through 8 oclock, but with and breaks are quite flexible … Max regular breaks half an hour … before the 45 minutes on the treadmill and go out with friends and do something active:) Sunday: Generally your days of leisure (if you go to church, you'll still have time after) … study of 3-5 with 2 breaks of 15 minutes for a walk around the food, a phone call or other … but especially the use of Sunday for a walk to the beach, or join a sports team and thisll be the day you play games on … probably just relax on Sunday! # Best way to lose weight is to exercise for one hour per day (may be walking in the mall!), and * eat healthy! * # I hope this helped:) Good luck!
