A good book for boxing fitness?
I try to get into a fitness program that is challenging, rewarding and fun. I think that workout boxing would be great (Boxercise?) But you do not want to go to a gym or health club. I was wondering if anyone has any tips, including books and videos for workouts at home.
You can buy a punching bag does not train and on free weights (they are the best and not so expensive) with a power rack (ideal for work bench press and squat and other exercises).
