ETH Board is the Nintendo Wii a good source of exercise?

Hello, I am the child a Nintendo Wii for birthday and decided to to the Nintendo Wii Balance Board fitness for use in the evening. Has anyone tried it before and it works like in a good shape exercise???? thank you in advance for any reply xxxx why I wanted to know if this has been was good as well as I 3 children I do not get the chance to go out with the kids if need help to be able to do so within xxx

I and I love it's great exercise if you try to lose weight, you might want to do more outside of the exercise but it certainly did work your muscles and make you sweat a bit!
