fitness competition diet
I have a competition in a week, how do I get my fitness up until then? Can anyone give me a diet and shcedule?

or any advice, I really need it thanks

I'm sorry, you can not become thin or lean in one week. Are you to look thin in a dress or something? Or you have some kind of competitive sport that you want to be better prepared? Either way, you can do things to give you a boost. Drink plenty of water. Do not drink any other beverage, even if they are feeding, you will be inflated and retain salt. Eat healthy. Fruits, vegetables, lean meats (always get the calories you need) you could lose one or two books in this way and you will not swollen so it will resemble more books 5-10. Start running. You will not be quick or form, but you will get your body used to moving especially if you have to Excersize your competition, it will EAIS not you breathe too hard and everything. You will also sweat a little weight. Avoid stress, the greatest thing you can do for any competition is to be confident, you will perform better and look better (again I do know what kind of competition you participate in). If it is a sport type of thing, 2 days ahead of time to eat. Get all your food groups, same carbohydrate for energy. This day will be the most important and will effect you the most during your competition. Good luck! I am sure you will how much.
