Please help when you read this it’s about my fitness and eating?
Okay…I last time wrote and post about what i eaten yesterday and that post was yesterday too. no one seemed interested and didn’t even help which is not helpful. So I hope and you read it and answer. Okay I burn on 301 calories my mum call me for dinner and i eaten burger and chips i eat the burger and few of chips not all of it but i’m worried and strict that i am going put even more weight on and wasting my time on bike to lose weight because i eaten burger and chips. So I was wondering will i still be more fat when i eaten that? i felt bad eating burger. I am so strict get a slim stomach but i have round one. i also had capri sun drink that’s it. am I over reacting? i feel like i wasted my time exercising and then eaten burger and chips. is it the chocolate in between that makes you fat like snack things and that?
You should not cut out food, but eat the right food.
Burger and chips is fine, if you do not eat it often. (as though it is a treat)..
You need to make sure you choose a correct diet that will suit you and your eating habits.. such as a calorie based diet, a diet based on certain foods and so on… find some on this website www.goodtoknow.co.uk or just generally google some.
You also need to make sure you exercise enough and tone your body in order to lose weight. if you want a slim stomach cardio and then some stomach exercises are vital.. make sure you build up and do enough to make you lose weight in a healthy period of time.
Losing weight does not happen over night, you need to take things slowly and the results will soon begin to show if you follow your plan strictly.
