I have a question for those of fitness?
I will start a walking program fitness major. I will do on the treadmill and a walk outside. My question is has anyone bought the new tennis shoes designer? They look really comfortable. Also, if it is true. they say they are good for your lower back, which would be good for me. I have back pain. I am doing exercises for my lower back, but thought it would be an advantage. This is not the real reason I'm interested in the shoes because they look really comfortable. Thank you
Skechers shoes are probably the worst thing you could buy for the year. They are cheap and nasty and made only for "looks" although they usually look terrible. You should look into buying New Balance shoes that are specific to your needs. A shoe store physical fitness can tell you what the size, width and type of shoe is best for your walking regime.
