Schwinn Exercise Bike
I workout ALOT – daily over two hours. Ride a schwinn airdyne-30+ miles ev other day. Will my thighs get big?
I really am fit, however, like most women I know I’d like to tone my thighs. Somehow they seem to be big to me. I switch my routine from treadmill one day to bike (Schwinn Airdyne) the next. Yesterday I clocked well over 50 miles on the bike!! No kidding! I really break a sweat. Of course, I do this in30-60 min. intervals (Am & PM), but I don’t want my thighs to bulk up. Am I doing the wrong thing? I exercise so much that I fractured my foot (stress fractures), so I’m not just a beginner at this….please help!!
Women do not bulk up from cycling. You will like what cycling does for your legs. It will give you a good “toned” look. It will also firm up your butt. To really find out what a lot of cycling will do for your figure, go to 100 mile ride and look at the women there. You will want to look like most of them.
