do reebok easytones help you lose more calories?
im thinking about getting reebok easy-tones and im trying to lose weight so do they help you lose more calories when your exercising or walking
IF they do, it would not be a significant enough amount to notice in your weight loss…don’t be fooled that shoes can make that big of a difference…you do need good quality shoes for working out/exercising (to protect your joints and back) but the Reebok’s, Sketcher’s, and any of the other shoes out in the last couple of years or so that claim to help tone/shape your body are gimmicks more than anything, and some have been reported to cause back problems in some people…
I have a pair of the Sketchers Shape-Ups…very comfortable for anyone who is on their feet for long periods of time, but I’ve never been so naive to think they would cause me to lose extra weight or make a difference in my workouts…
