Are there any excercise I should avoid during pregnancy?
I am about 6wk pregnant before discovering I was pregnant, I lost weight, counting calories and increased my exercise level, obviously, I'm not stupid enough to think that I can continue to lose weight, but I want to keep the exercise. I was mostly by bicycle, using a step by step and make fitness DVD, Davina ie power of 3 and 30 min workouts. Does it need to be careful with excercise I?
I do not think so. What you do sounds perfect. You know when your belly starts to show what is uncomfortable. Check if your midwife if you are unsure of something particular. Relax! Congratulations x
