Pregnancy Exercise Dvd’s
I have about 40 lbs of pregnancy weight to lose and looking for a good workout dvd’s?
I am trying to eat healthy and get some walking in, but I can’t really make it to the gym now with a small baby. Any recommendations for good work out dvd’s so I can exercise at home??
Try Fitness Made Simple. They seem to work well for most people. They have a combination of aerobic exercise combined with weight training.
