Will I lose weight if I’m doing toning exercises?
I’m having serious trouble losing weight. I don’t over-eat (with the odd exception, like treat-day) but I am finding it difficult to lose weight.
I have on average about 1500-1700 calories a day.
I’ve just managed to get a copy of Tracy Anderson’s post pregnancy DVD (I haven’t had a baby, but I’m told it’s still a good work out). I was wondering if this will help me lose weight as well as tone?
I will be still eating the same amount of calories and walking about 3 miles a day.
I can’t do any high impact exercise as I’ve had some very serious back problems and I can’t get to the swimming pool to exercise that way.
Toning exercise is only good with you already lost weight. Eat a healthy diet and do cardio. Cardio is the best way to lose weight. It’s cheap and fun
