What is the best way to reduce fatigueness?
Im 27 years old, and Im a very active athlete and make a lot of sports during the week (1 hour jogging 2 to 3 times a week and play 2 hours of basketball from 2 to 3 times per week). My resting heart rate is currently 55 years old, and my VO2 max is 62 (according Polar F11 heart rate monitor). Now when I play basketball I am fully fit for the first 20 to 30 minutes and able to play a very intense level, but after that I have become completely tired and it is very difficult to catch my breath. How is what happens when the figures above is supposed to be very good? Some tips to improve my fitness level will be very much appreciated, Thanks!
Hm …. it's weird. I am not in form and yet I can last longer than (i DC run). maybe u use too much energy in those first minutes, then the pain hits you later. I suggest not jogging, but instead, running at least 3 miles every day.
