+ Interval Training Heart Rate Monitor: Help Please?

I bought a heart rate monitor by Polar (watch + belt). Now, I have worked my Fitness / Fat Burning Zone = 114:133 bpm (60-70%) Zone aerobic (cardio / endurance) = 133:152 (70-80%) Anaerobic zone = 152:171 (89-90%) I was advised to go to the 152-171bpm for 5 minutes and then down to 114-133bpm for 1 minutes … and do what the interim, and as I get fitter I'll have to work hard to get my heart rate. But I do not understand, do 5 minutes start once my heart rate has finally entered the 152 + or after 1 minute of 114-133 happened? Even down my 1 minute begin 114-133 Once my heart rate dropped below 133bpm? Because it could take another minute or two to get my heart rate back to 152 + that I walk on the treadmill incline and use (can not run due to knee). Thank you in advance.

Firstly, all workouts should be the same. Many people use the 5 different zones. The area is generally lower for the construction aerobic base and for those you do not need your heart rate very high. As for up and down to target areas to Within a drive, it's OK for some varieties, but I would not worry about hitting the exact figures. In general, I like to keep my heart rate steady for a given area and, sometimes, not waves to get my heart rate.
