Hi! Well, I have one too, but the only things I have tried to tie one end of something, and stand facing not the place its attached but facing side and try to pull the ribbon through ur body or sit down and tie the band somewhere above you and then try to take the group down … thats all Ive got so far, but just search on the internet and u'll find something fair test and you will find that some work moves delight!:)
