As a woman, what advice do you have after completing P90X?

I thought to take that first difficult step and embark on the path to fitness P90X. I used to be a competitive swimmer throughout the year but have recently out of shape. In regards to my fitness goals, I want to lose weight but also to develop very good muscle tone (ripped the arms, shoulders, back, abs). I understand the program allows you to choose lean, classic or doubles. Then other women with fitness goals even me who completed P90X give some advice and take on the program? Thank you!

I started thinking I wanted to lose weight, but quickly realized that the books are not so important. I only lost about 10 pounds, but dropped 2 sizes and have muscle tone like never before. In fact, I dropped my body fat% from 21 to 15% in 90 days. I was surprised to see how the program works great. I chose the classic version mainly because I did not really know anything and that's what Tony Horton and P90X recommended for the first time. The only real difference between the classic and traditional lean over you do strength training 3 days a week and cardio 2 days a week while Linux welding you do strength training 2 days a week and cardio 3 days. I really liked the strength training in the classic version and think that is what contributes to quick results. Do not get me wrong, I think you can get results with the thin too, but perhaps not the muscular tone. If you like any other information please do not hesitate to contact me. Jenny
