a power of 90 before p90x?

So I have the p90x and I just barely passed the aptitude test. Ive done some videos, but it just seems like theyre so hard for me I cannot do what I should be able to. Do you think I should try the power of 90 before that p90x im sure I can do quite strong for next time? im only 16 i havent really developed muscles yet. thx in advance:) u me realize that I talking about a training video right? and I'm not overweight in the slightest lol

Hey! When I started P90X I overweight and did not pass the fitness test. I continued the program, but changes made and adjusted for 90% of movements. I made incredible strides and lost many inches. If it's too hard, you should back off the weight, strength or representatives. No shame. It is possible to program and does not pass the aptitude test. If you can not do pull ups I would work with exercise bands. Do not be intimidated by the first series of the program is feasible and so amazing. Power 90 is a program too. If you think you need to work is great. LOTS of great results with Power 90 as it is the precursor to P90X! Remember the power is 70% of your routine. You will need protein high quality, whole grains and fruits and vegetables.
