P90X Review: How Does It Work?
Many people have seen the infomercial for the P90X workout videos. Tony Horton, the P90x trainer, promises to get you in the best shape of your life. From sweat- inducing, muscle pumping workouts in a matter of 90 days your body is changed from usual to ripped. This program isn’t aimed to the couch potato, but to the individual who’s already in average shape and wants to drive it to the next level. Tony has came up with a program that includes high- intensity cross training/circuit training. Several muscle groups are worked each day in a mixture that does not allow your body development to plateau. The program is divided into three phases. Every 30 days the exercises timetable is changed additionally, the intensity is increased.
Having explained this, you might be asking but does it work? I’ve found P90X to be a very good way to shed weight and tone up. I used to be very active. When I was in my best weight I enjoyed step aerobics, kickboxing and circuit training, but I desire to find a program that could tone my muscles too.
