What shoes should I wear to start the fitness madness?
I have 2 options. 1) My new shoes Reebok lightly & 2) A pair of Nike sneakers cheerleading. Which do you think would be most beneficial and safe to use during my workouts? One million thank you in advance! 
If you already have two pairs of shoes, I would recommend rotating two pairs so that the shoes have less wear and offer the better support. Believe it or not, shoes need time to "bounce back" after having worn. For my race and my cardio workouts the gym, I have shoes that look. Two pairs for the race and two pairs for the sport. I realize that this can be expensive, so if it is not an option and are looking to buy a new pair, I'd go with the Reeboks, as I've heard some good reviews about them from friends. In all cases, please enjoy the madness!
