Can someone help me organize a diet? (Sorry, it’s kinda long.)?

(Please paragraph. I find it annoying to read one big long paragraph. THX)
Okay, so I’m 14 1/2 years old and my neck and buttocks are starting to sorta sag and become flabby. I eat junk food quite often, usually when i’m bored.
- Resisting the urges isn’t my problem, i just never really thought about my weight. It took me ages to sorta get fat-ish (now i can make my stomach talk xD) maybe its metabolism or something. I love fruit and veges and everything. I love anything as long as i can eat it, even plain bread.
I’ve done this much so far:

Exercise Regime:
Monday – Biking
Tuesday – Running
Wednesday – Running
Thursday – Weights (got a work out DVD thing)
Friday – Running
Saturday – Biking
Sunday – Weights

6:00am: Wake up and exercise for 40 mins- 1 hour
7:00am: Have breakfast then get ready for school
8:15: leave for school
8:35 school starts
10:40 – Interval br

Are you trying to lose weight or gain muscle?

Just stay away from white foods (rice, bread, pasta, ect.) carbonated beverages (even diet) sodium and sugar. Also try not to eat red meat (Lean is all right but it’s easier to just stay away from red meat)

So eat a lot of chicken, tuna, low-fat dairy, vegetables, oatmeal, eggs, whole wheat breads and pastas, fruits, and invest in a protein shake.

Eat 6 smaller meals a day so your body keeps its metabolism up, and drink LOTS of water
