What are some ideas for a service project of fitness well?
In one of my classes, I am required to service proposed 10 hours. There must be something that promotes health and that I help you plan. Any ideas would be great! Thank you in advance!
Work with after-school clubs (such as Boys and Girls Clubs) or health clubs, non-profit (YMCA) and try to organize an event fitness. Maybe you could organize a karate instructor to come and teach in a classroom. Or maybe you could try to get an athlete college to come and give a clinic on that sport – it would be nice if it was a sport for boys and girls, something like soccer.
