my fitness coach cardio workout
Does this sound correct for a routine fitness at a young age of 19?
I'm in college and I want to make sure I'm staying healthy. I just do my timing Fitness: Monday: Arm-weight and 15 minutes of cardio (bike) Tuesday: Legs, weights and 15 minutes of cardio (elliptical) Wednesday: A quick walk around the perimeter of the campus Thursday: PE class (about 50 minutes drive whatever our coach chooses) Saturday: 45 minutes of cardio (which I prefer) I am not trying to lose weight. Yeah thats fine, but try to break your days of cardio and weight-training and allow your body to rest, for example Monday: Full Body segment 10 to 15 min and then arm Weight Tuesday: Full Body segment 10 to 15 min then 15 minutes by bike Wednesday: Rest Thursday: PE Class.
