Would this work? (Losing weight)

I want to lose about 3.5stones, I am not sure how long it takes I had to develop a healthy lifestyle in the long term anyway. Wake up at 4:45. walk the dog for 30 minutes to 5 hours. make a fitness workout DVDs at 5:30 6:30 Breakfast 7:15 am * Shower boring work here * Lunch 12:30 * * boring again at 3:15 pm Snack Dinner 17 hours of training short 15 minutes on treadmill at 6:30 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. Rooms 30-22 hours. I aim to eat 1400 (Sain) calories per day, eat lots of protein. I think it is pretty good, but I'm quite a beginner! I guess I'll burn quite a few calories walking to DVD? Can you give me Approx number of how many? Other advice / tips? Thank you.

It is a great work on the plan. I do not see what you did, you really want it. Thats just great. Now, when you do please make sure you have a positive view about this, if you do not lose concentration and motivation. This will lead to stress and discomfort that prevents you from continuing. It would be better if you stop drinking any kind of juice and beverages soft right now. Drink about two liters of pure water a day. This allows time to fix your metabolism high. And also get rid of toxins that accumulate in fat. Now, if you can not continue without the juice, I suggest you buy some strawberries and bananas and make some Home shakes. But do not add sugar because it will kill most of nutritions in the fruit. In your dinner, try not to include sweet corn at all because it is difficult to digest and slows the metabolism of your night. In the morning when you wake up, before your feet, a green apple and a banana with a glass of water. Your walk will be twice as effective if you do. Last thing is your workout on the treadmill. The first thing to start with one minute Hot 3 by going at a slow pace. After 3 minutes to do so. 30 seconds faster than you can slowly 1 minute 30 seconds faster than you can 1 minute 15 seconds as slowly fast as you can 30 seconds 30 seconds faster than you can slow 30 seconds 30 seconds slower faster than you can slow 30 seconds 30 seconds 10 seconds 30 seconds faster 3 min slowly slowly and finish if you do it this way you will burn 3 times more then just at a normal pace for 20 minutes.
