Yoga for men?
I have a Yoga dvd with a women in who shows you how to do exercises.
I fancy doing yoga because I heard it is good for flexibility and toning up. Is this true?
But in Yoga do men and women do the same exercises or do men do different ones from women?

DONT LISTEN TO CEKKER KWAN, i mean he is right to some extent, but im 15 years old i go to yoga twice a week, and yeah most of my freinds know, and yes they did make fun of me for the first while, calling me a f aagg ot and such, but if they’re what i would call “real” freinds, the making fun, will stop eventually.
Anyways if you think you like yoga, id recommend doing it, i got into it the same way you did by watching a dvd, and then i decided to sign up for some classes.
OHH,, another thing, if you do sign up for classes the first day you show up , you’ll be like WTF have i gotten myself into, but after one or two you’ll realize its not a big deal, and if you like it, and are committed you will notice a huge difference, in your flexibility, endurance/stamina, overall strength, you will have higher energy levels, and you will just feel “better”. (I have only been doing it for 2 months and ive noticed huge differences)…
I wouldnt recommmend doing a normal stream yoga class, as they can be kind of boring, and wont suit what it seems your looking for. Try Ashtanga style yoga, or some kind of “power” yoga, ones that are more physically taxing and not so “gay” haha.
…. and yeah men and women do both the same excersises. (Though alot of the excersises can be varied depending on your fitness level. Things for the not so fit people and some for the very fit people.)
