The Secret Fat Burning

At 60% MHR (maximum heart rate): easy
– Approximately 50% of calories from fat (50% sugars)
– Approximately 8 kcal / min are spent
– 60 minutes x 8 kcal / min = 480 Total calories
– 50% x 480 kcal = 240 calories fat

At 80% MHR: Vigorous
– Approximately 40% of calories from fat (60% from sugars)
– About 11 kcal / min are spent
– 60 minutes x 11 kcal / min = 640 Total calories
– 40% x 640 kcal = 264 calories fat

Who has time to be on the treadmill for 60 minutes? Consider this. At 60% of your maximum heart rate, it will take about 40 minutes to burn 300 k / cal. If you can handle a greater intensity and were able to exercise at 80% of your maximum heart rate, it will only take about 27 minutes to burn the same 300 k / cal.

The numbers do not lie, the formation of a higher intensity will burn more fat in your body. Period. Your heart rate is the best indicator of how hard your cardiovascular system works and how many calories you burn. Next Once you go to the gym, hop on the treadmill, and instead of training in your "fat burning zone to try to up the intensity. If your a beginner, do not raise the speed too fast! Listen to your body. You know what is difficult and what is easy. If you can speak and read, the intensity your level is low to moderate. At each subsequent workout, slowly increase the intensity. You can do this by increasing speed or incline (on a treadmill, of course) or the resistance on an elliptical or bike. But before you start always hot for 3-6 minutes prepare the body for more intense exercise.
