Another Weight Loss Q.?

Well its nearly 3 weeks into the Summer Holidays, and I really want to shift the Small pieces of weight which really get on my nerves.

So, I have been eating quite healthy (and frequently) for the past week and a half, I have stuck to just drinking water (juice on some occasions) and I have not eaten any junk. I am going to start exercising more, so if I do 2 dvds and walk/run/jog on my treadmill do you think I will be able to get rid of most of the weight before School starts in 5 weeks?

I know that 2lbs a week is healthy, which is what Im aiming for. So I know what do I just need some reassurance. Also will I get quick results or will it take ages for me to spot the differences in my body? I did some leg exercises last week, and I can see it starting to work a bit already but yeah.

Last thing, I want to do some crunches and planks and that, do they work? I know you have to do cardio and that and eat healthily which Im doing, so will crunches work?

Sounds like you are definitely on the right track and just need to keep the faith. A balanced diet and regular exercise will help you lose two pounds a week. Do not get too hung up on your weight but instead look to improve your fitness and body toning and the rest will follow.
