Based on the strength of character on the Biggest Loser, the game was disappointing and a bit boring, the only reason I but more than the Wii Fit is because training is more intense and you could really burn calories with this game
This game uses the balance board, controller and the nunchuck for a good workout it has 4 types of training, weight training, cardio, weight loss, stretching. The game allows you to track your progress and record your stats.

I did not notice that the response time of the controller was unfortunately delayed and some instructions were not very clear so it was sometimes difficult to get my character on the screen to move or copy my movements. I think there are some bugs in the software coding for this game that have not been developed before the release.
Some games do not resemble a little Wii Fit repackaged, so the only reason the game has given you Jillian is called "Give It All You Got," which after a while became more boring than motivation.
I did not like the music drive back ground that was the motivation and you can choose from a wide variety of music styles. The squat exercise workout was great and makes you sweat.
This game will be an air Challenge burn calories, but I think you bored with this game sooner rather than later.
