Join the gym?
My boyfriend just signed me up for the gym and I've never been to the gym before, and although membership is sent to me, I understand what is going to the gym is. What should I pack and bring? I am enrolled in 24 hours of fitness and is a pool there as well. So what do you recommend I pack, I already agreed on port sneakers, sweats, old T-shirt flip flops when i want to swim, water, ipod, whatever I'm forgetting?
In short could actually be a better idea of sweating. After a while you get your clothes very hot and with lots of baggy / heavy will simply make you very uncomfortable. A healthy snack for after training could be a good idea too … in general, something that has a decent number of calories and high in protein. If you really get in your workout, you might also considering bringing complete workout with you before or after your workout (NO Xplode, for example, is supposed to be taken on an empty stomach, thirty minutes before a workout … some other forms of creatine recommend to take before and after depending on what you want to achieve).
