How to get fit?
I am a male, teen, I was just wondering if there is any ways to get fit at home without any exercise equiptment. I’m not overwieght, or if I am considered a bit, its not noticeable, but I want to try to get fit at home. Is it possible? If not I don’t care. I was just wondering what are some things you can do. Thanks.
Some ways to get at home including running, jumping rope, doing lunges, sit ups, etc. These are all exercises you can do without buying equipment. One thing you might want to invest in is a set of hand held weights. These can be relatively inexpensive and you can use them in the comfort of your own home.
