What is the best exercise machine for my money for me to purchase for in-home use: treadmill, rower, bike, etc?
I want to purchase a machine to use in my home to help me get in shape – treadmill, rowing, machine, stationary bike, elliptical machine… What is the most recommended or best machine to help me get in shape?
I got myself a Bowflex Ultimate. There are literally hundreds upon hundreds of exercises you can do , it doesn’t take up much room, it folds up and you can move it like a dolly, and you can do the rowing and most anything else. There are several different types for different needs, and it builds muscle fast! and its incredibly quiet. I would recommend to check out their website and look at all the different models. Working out on this machine has made a huge difference for me, definitely one of the best financial decisions ive ever made. I will never have to buy another exercise machine ever again.
