I have strengthened my abs by doing this: I drink a protein shake in the morning, I can take a snack later, fruit and cottage cheese or yogurt or something similar with a drink Water-based (flavored water, tea, etc.) For lunch, I eat a wrap or a sandwich or chef salad, and applesauce or something similar with another water-based drink. Next off work, I have another protein shake. as a light dinner of chicken breast, vegetables and a roller with water-based drink again. The only thing I noticed to help the most useful are leg lifts, and surprisingly enough, I want my abs in the form of how I want them to look like my posture alignment, and tighten my abs and holding down while breathing normally as long as I can. I take a break and do it again. It's great because I find 40 minutes to work, and I'm sitting at a desk, then I can do it whenever I want. This is actually my muscles tightening ab! Good luck! Oh, and by the way, Do not do it, it may do more harm than good. Just eat healthy, drink lots of water, and exercise 3-4 days per week. You must give your time to heal the muscles them work! Take it from someone who has taken much too far in adolescence, and had to learn to stay slim in a healthy way.
