Types of exercises cardio are running, jogging, swimming, sports. Anything that increases your heart rate in the target area is cardio. You must be atleast 20 minutes her day. 2. A healthy diet. 3. For the determination to lose weight, that's all. You do not need to spend money on fancy equipment. But a good pair of running shoes is worth investing in. You do not need to go to a gym, you might get a jump rope and do at home. It's great cardio. It is much easier than people seem to think.
