Moms: Yoga recommendations?
I would first like to do yoga as a type of mind-body fitness and relaxation. I do not know where to start or how to do yoga. So can any of you recommend yoga positions for beginners or perhaps there is a DVD that you want?

These are my favorite DVDs, but there are certainly more out there … Power Yoga with Rodney Yee "(Power yoga is more a workout) "AM and PM Yoga for Beginners with Rodney Yee" Rodney Yee's Yoga for Beginners "Obviously, I love Rodney Yee! DVDs are about $ 11 each at barnesandnoble.com, but I would also suggest going to the library and renting DVDs Yoga – really any DVD for beginners will be great! Some basic positions are Warrior 1, Warrior 2, Downward Dog, Cobra, Namaste … look them up! These videos will guide you Also throughout the positions of the wonderful and very relaxing. I highly recommend them. In addition, if charges or drop courses in a yoga center near you, if you have some spare time, of course, check it out! DVDs are great, but nothing beats a yoga class!
