This is what I ate: breakfast nonfat yogurt Fruit and cereals on the first 2 1 meal / cake low carb wrap 1 slice of turkey and lettuce, carrots and hummus 7 with 1 small apple snack 1 / 2 c. soup dinner bp organic vegetable soup, 1 slice whole grain ciabatta, 6 shrimp with sauce and 1 / 2 a pepper stuffed (stuffed vegetables) serves calorie sugar free milk 60 with fat free whipped cream and then as 10 grapes * I also take a multivitamin for * I exercise of 20 minutes of cardio / interval training strength and a 45-minute Yoga fitness workout dvd More will I lose weight eating like that? I do strength training Cardiovascular / daily with different training dvds every day, and dance lessons will I keep losing weight? how was my food? advice / Suggestions please and thank you!
