How much walking should I do during pregnancy?

Hello everyone, I am 4 months pregnant and 6 days pregnant and wanted to know if all i foot have been doing is ok. Well yesterday I took the train to target, walked into the store some time to admire it baby stuuf returned home. Then when I got home I took a minute off 45 with my uncle in the neighborhood. Then after that I went out with my best friend in park, we sat down and then talk with some other friends met and talked and laughed, and then went to the shop that was like another 20 minutes. Then today I had to see my fiance 'how to get to crunch fitness of downtown Chicago, because parking is horrible, we took the train and I did a lot more walking and stairs. Was it too? I didn't feel or anything, but now I feel sick and exhausted loans to take a nap. How much exercise do I need on a regular basis? I do a lot of walking up and down stairs. Daily-what every walking hurt my baby? Thank you!

All that walking will certainly not harm your baby. If anything, it is a great way excercise during pregnancy, and believe it or not you will build muscles that will help you move when you are 7 / 8 long month. You'll have a nicer pregnancy and childbirth easier if you continue this march, compared to someone who has very little or none. Keep it up, it will pay off, believe me.
