Soccer Work Out: Fitness Training?
Im 13.5 '4 ", and about 125 pounds. I played football, but quit. I intend to Starting again in my local league during the spring season. But I need a work out / / Training Nutritionist thing to do to from now (beginning of 8th grade) until the tryouts at the beginning of Grade 9. I need something that encompasses everything. Warm-up and everything. you can provide links if you wish.
go to the local gym and ask the instructor to help you. he / she should provide a routine and help you with nutrition. However, unless you try to make it a success, nutrition does not matter too much as long as you eat healthily anyway. also 13 years I'd say the best way to get fit is to simply play again. you could start on the bench, but your Fitness will come with match practice and training runs. because your body has just begun to develop properly, I recommend you go too fort with weight training or something like that
