What is the best – Wii Fit, fitness coach, Family Trainer: Outdoor Challenge, EA Sports or Active?
Wii Fit is the best coach and probably best to start. If Wii Fit does not motivate you then none of the others will. Hopefully the title of monitoring will be launched later this year. My Fitness Coach: This is more like having a video fitness personalized DVD. To get the most out of this title you will need other equipment as a step balance ball, dumbbells, heart rate monitor. Each workout is different and can go 15 minutes at 75 minutes (in multiples of 15 minutes), and may have a different accent, you can choose. You can also highlight the difficulty with ease. Oh, and it Cheap! I really hope Ubisoft working on a follow-up, I'd definitely buy it. Family Trainer: For training, it is not in the same league as Wii Fit and My Fitness Coach. However, it is very fun, and you can play against another player on some games. Do not get me wrong, you can exercise through this, and it is great fun for the whole family, but not a serious workout and fitness program. EA Sports Active: Not yet released, So I can not really say. I have my copy pre-order though. Jillian Michaels Fitness – Ultimatum-2009: Apparently, this is one of avoid. I not, but all comments basically say that it stinks! If you can afford it, I'd get both Wii Fit and My Fitness Coach (cheapie), the variety will welcome.
