Hello. Im 16 years old, not overweight but have a lot of belly fat. I want to start running the gym a lot. I'm actually on them right now … they work for the first week and after that, not much! They keep the hunger and get me motivated to develop, but the last two days they have not really worked so well, and I get hungry … I do not think we would certainly not advise it to take in about 1 in the afternoon … I have one about 3 o'clock one afternoon and I was half the night, because green tea stuff a little earth to keep you awake!
