The exercise is to make me feel the opposite of what its supposed too, is there somewhere I can go for a test?
What I mean by a fitness test is like a treadmill test /? I recently started a new job in the computer and its pressure very high. Too cut a long story short, whenever I'm on the elliptical or treadmill after 20 minutes or so (whenever I begin to feel pressure / sweat) I began to experience pressure in the chest, feeling very uncomfortable in my chest near the heart /. A year ago I got an ECG and a monitor 48 hours of tape and he was fine. No problems. It's really annoying and lasts me for months. I sit all day and I know I should excercise but cannot because Im afraid I might have a heart attack on the machine. Can anyone help? Is somewhere I can go do a test in Ireland North, where the straps are attached to me during the performance of IM to see what happens? Thank you.
hmm … I think your chest or back could be tight (the back can make your chest tight? they touch? logic) there are stretches pec they could help you or you can stretch the hamstrings and lower back upperback / shoulders to help also
