darkening vision, feeling of fainting after excercise?
I went to my college gym and went on the carpet stock. I was not going very fast, like speed. But when I stopped, I started to feel very nauseous. Slowly, a large number of black spots began to appear before my eyes and my ears felt like they were suddenly blocked. I could feel my heart beat book while the thud heard around me. I thought it was because I was stressing my body too, I went to the machine stage and became involved slowly. But I felt worse after that. My legs were so week if they could collapse if I'm not forcing myself to stand. For a moment I closed my eyes and I must've blacked for a few seconds because the next thing I knew, I was kneeling next to the machine stage. Not only when I excercise it happens. when I sit down to a long time and I get up, I get a feeling nausiating too. Is there something wrong with my body? = /
