Men in tights running – what do women think?
I go to a group of outdoor fitness and now it's winter, I started wearing tights running. The class is about 50/50 men and women on the Most sessions. Most guys wear baggy shorts but these get wet and looked really uncomfortable. All women wear tight tights running, which is much more convenient – so I thought I'd do the same thing. Really happy with the running tights, but wonder what the ladies make me wear them. I do not expect anyone to say anything derogatory, but can not help feeling a bit awkward. I am a good guy very athletic so do not worry about my body shape. Any opinions on this? (Btw, I'm a guy heterosexual, married with 2 children – if all you have to say "you must be gay, then you are wasting your time)
I see guys in my area wear tights all the time … I do not think anything of it. Apart from an elderly gentlemen who looks so sick in tights, as there is nothing about him, just all bones but apart nah, you're good. My father wore tights and, still does I think, you do what you gotta do to be comfortable. Heck, I wearing my sweat pants husband last winter as a double layer bc it was so cold outside (it's sad to say, I did adapt last year!)
